Documentation Required:
* Legal, Valid, State of Alabama Photo ID
* Social Security Cards for each member of household
(copies not accepted)
* Proof of Income
(dated within last 6 months)
* For Utility Assistance - Current Utility Bill
(For utility assistance. Utilities must be in current use. We can not assist with deposits or reconnect fees. The bill must be in the name of the person receiving assistance.)
